While Growing up in San Antonio, TX and later on in central CA, Johnny had many musical influences from Country Western and Mexican influences to rock and roll greats. Some of his most influential artists were Elvis Presley with The Jordanaires, Freddie Fender, Frank Sinatra, Johnny Cash, George Strait and Travis Tritt.

Johnny is the writer of all the songs on his new album CD titled "I LOVE YOUs" which is now in the works at Hole-N-Wall Recording Studio in Nashville, TN. under the supervision of producer Cal Meece and accompanied by the world famous Jordanaires Quartet, who spent nine years with Elvis Presley. They will be singing background on four of the songs on he's new CD.  A team of some of the best musicians in Nashville will also be accompanying Johnny. The "I LOVE YOUs" CD should be out sometime in march of 2009 and will be available in mp3 format and for CD orders.
